横新软件工程(无锡)有限公司是YOKOGAWA的区域总部横河电机亚洲私人有限公司(新加坡)投资建立在无锡新加坡工业园内 的独资企业。主要为化工、医药、石油、电力、冶金、建材、污水处理等领域的企业提供集散式生产过程控制系统DCS（Distributed Control System）及全厂信息管理系统（PIMS），并也为其提供相关工程服务。

我们公司自1996年成立以来，已完成了200多个工程项目，用户遍布东南亚地区、中东地区、欧洲和美国等区域,同时，我们为员工提供良好的工作环境，培训计划，及发展空间。

由于我们公司工程领域的不断扩展，工程项目的不断增加，我们需要多名有以下工程技术人员加盟。

System Engineer

1．Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to Department Head and System Lead Engineer, responsible for assisting System Lead Engineer to execute instrumentation-oriented project for System Engineering from Customer kick-off meeting until the project is completed successfully.

A.       To assist System Lead Engineer in preparing engineering data, documents and drawings to customer for approval

B.       System configuration/generation, debugging and testing (internal, Factory/Site Acceptance), site installation, startup and commissioning

2．Qualification

A.       Bachelor degree in process automation, chemical automation or instrumentation and CET-4 certification. 1 or 2 years experience in process automation industry with at least 2 years experience in capacity of System Engineer. Or Fresh Master degree holder.

B.       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

C.      With process automation and instrumentation technical knowledge

D.      Experience with control system applications, DCS, SCADA, PLC, industry Ethernet, Field-bus etc will be plus point.

E.       Familiar with Microsoft Windows, good knowledge in using Microsoft Office packages

F.       Willing to travel and good team player

Project Engineer

1．Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to Department Head and Project Lead Engineer, responsible for assist Lead Engineer to Execute instrumentation-oriented project for Project Engineering from Customer kick-off meeting until the project is completed successfully.

A. To assist Lead Engineer in preparing engineering data, documents and drawings to customer for approval

B. Hardware manufacturing specification preparation

C. I/O list preparation

D. Manage / Control schedule for Sub-con engineering activities

E. Design activities for complex panels and consoles

F. Design and implement third party system interfaces

G.     Communicate with customer / Sub-vendors

H.     Project schedule: Monitor project engineering activities

I.        Co-ordinate hardware QA/QC with specialist

J.      Startup and installation involvement

K.     Progress reporting

2．Qualification

A.      Bachelor degree in electric automation, instrumentation or related subject, with CET-4 certification.

B.     1 or 2 years experience in process automation in control engineering (DCS, PLC Driver, Field- bus engineering etc.), familiar with control panel/cabinet design.

C.     Good communication and interpersonal skills.

D.     Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD

E.     Willing to travel and good team player

PIMS System Engineer

1．Key Responsibilities:

         Report to Department Head and PIMS System Lead Engineer, responsible for assist System Lead Engineer to execute PIMS project from Customer kick-off meeting until the project is completed successfully.

A.       To assist System Lead Engineer in preparing engineering data, documents and drawings to customer for approval

B.       System configuration/generation, debugging and testing (internal, Factory/Site Acceptance), site installation, startup and commission.

2．Qualification

A. Bachelor degree in process automation, web based application programming or IT, with CET-4 certification.

B. At least 1 years experience in VB programming. Familiar with Database programming (ORACLE or SQL Server), Web based application programming, or Fresh Master degree holder.

C. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

D. Familiar with Unix, Windows 2000, good knowledge in using Microsoft Office packages

E. Willing to travel and good team player

F. Familiar with PIMS is a plus

SCADA Engineer

应聘人员条件：

1．  责任性强，工作踏实认真，善于合作和勇于奉献。

2．  英语能力达到读、写要求。

3．  计算机、自动化相关专业大学本科以上学历、或08年应届硕士生。

4．  一年以上自动化专业工作经验，独立担当过程自动化工程,网络信息系统设计,生产过程信息网络工程工作,有SCADA相关应用技术经验者优先。

5．  熟悉流行的计算机硬件、设备、操作系统、数据库（SQL server、Oracal 等）网络接口和应用界面开发工具（精通者优先）。

6．  熟悉PLC软硬件及各种组态软件（Ifix、WICC等）。

7．  熟悉OPC接口技术。

8．  熟悉DCS功能（了解和掌握多家DCS性能者优先）。
