Program Objective & Focus
 Objectives
•Fill talent gap and build succession pipeline by developing competent leaders for Accelerated Growth
•Ensure a regular supply of AXA leaders that are developed internally and embraces AXA values, business models and operating standards
•Promote AXA’s as a “Preferred Employer” to qualified MBA graduates through our alliances with business schools

 Focus
•Sales Distribution Management due to the proprietary nature of our distribution models
•Other critical business functions include Strategic Program Office and Business Development
•Dedicated career sponsor
•18 months structured rotation program in line with career goals
•Formal training as appropriate
•Objectives setting & tracking for each rotation

 Qualifications
