外企招财务分析

财务计划分析兼总监助理
（Financial Planning & Analysis& finance controller assistant ）
 Summary:
Support manufacturing business analysis, including performance tracking, project support, annual budgeting/forecast/long term business plan (2-5 Year), headquarters package, business case analysis etc.
 Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly review and monitor financial performance and operation KPIs. Prepare variance analysis for the result. Proactive identify business opportunity via these analysis;
2. Support annual operation planning (AOP) / budgeting/ forecast/ long term business plan (2-5 year) build up incorporating operation input and process management;
3. Develop and maintain financial models to address different business needs, with the guideline from finance controller;
4. Support business case and other ad hoc tasks delegated from finance controller;
5. Facilitate review meetings with the Product leadership team and work with business managers, and corporate accounting to ensure effective cost management and provide useful financial data for decision making；
6. Responsible for monitoring the cost& Expense versus plan and communicating issues to senior management to take appropriate actions；
7. Compile weekly/monthly operation performance metrics;
8. Lead the rolling forecast and annul budget;
9. Prepare monthly management reports and headquarters package. Ensure reports submission to various parties in&on time.
 Basic requirements:
1. Male, bachelor degree, prefer Accounting / Finance / IT/Business administration;
2. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing company;
3. Very good communication skills, very good English skills in both writing and oral. Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable items;
4. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads; understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth.;
5.Experience in multinational companies.
