1.Content Acquisition and Ingestion Engineers
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering
• Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.
• Strong RDBMS and data modeling skills
• In-depth knowledge of XML/XSD/XSLT
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
• Knowledge of search engines
• Programming Skills: Java, XML parsers (JAXB, XmlBeans, StAX), MySQL, SOLR/Lucene, XML/http, OOD/OOP, JDBC, JMS, Mule ESB, Spring, Java Persistence API (JPA), Hibernate
• IDE and Tools: Eclipse/NetBeans, ant/maven, Junit, Cruise Control, Grinder
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written would be a plus. The lead must be able to speak well.

2.JAVA/J2EE Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, test, stabilize key platform features on time with high quality as well as maintain one or more of our products
• Write and/or review in depth technical design specification
• Work with project manager and to identify the best way to translate these business requirements and needs into workable functional specifications and code
• Make decisions about design and feature implementation, using your mastery of technical tools to make a product vision a reality
• Assist manager to develop team capabilities and competencies

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Masters or graduate degree is desirable.
• Minimum 3+ years of working experience and 2+ years of Java/J2EE(Servlet/JSP) experience.
• Solid skills and experience in OO and Java/J2EE analysis/design and development.
• Solid skills and experience in Application Servers, JBoss, Tomcat, etc.
• Solid skills and experience in web technologies, such as HTML, Javascript, CSS.
• Solid skills and experience in popular tools/components, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Ajax, XML.
• Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
• Web services, SOA, Portal/Portlet or Web 2.0 experience is a big plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated to share experience and help / guide others
• Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivator
• Solid English skills on speaking, reading and writing

3.Web Application Engineer
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering
• Highly creative, idea-driven, autonomous problem discovery and solving.
• Experience with design of dynamic web applications using JSP/Servlet/ Struts/JSF, Java EE.
• Knowledge of RDBMS/SQL
• Knowledge of XML/XSD/XSLT
• Programming Skills: Java, JSP/Servlet/ Struts/JSF, XML, Tomcat, HTML/XHTML, HTTP, OOD/OOP, JDBC, MySql, Ajax, JavaScript
• IDE and Tools: Eclipse/NetBeans, ant/maven, Junit, Cruise Control, Grinder
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written would be a plus. The lead must be able to speak well.
