Job Description
-
Supervise the AP (Production, G&A, T&E) team in China SSC;
-
Ensure compliance of Corporate policy (PCP), Chinese law and regulation and local internal policy for all Agencies served by SSC;
-
Develop and optimize procedures and controls;
-
Ensure costs / expenses correctly allocated and booked to jobs / business units;
-
Ensure accurate accounting records and timely process of AP and payment requests;
-
Work with other accounting managers in SSC and finance managers in Agency offices for issues, complaints, process improvement, etc;
-
Develop and train up a professional and efficient team;
-
Involve in implementation of accounting system;
-
Ad hoc projects assigned by CAO or MD
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related;
-
At least 5 years experience in multinational companies, advertising experience will be a plus;
-
Qualified accountant;
-
Good command of English;
-
Fluent in operating office software and ERP system;
-
Able to work under pressure;
-
Good teamwork spirit
