1、 研发助理工程师 Assist Research and Development Eng
Responsibilities
• Assist in product development projects;
• Involve in laboratory functions such as materials/product test and evaluation, maintenance and calibration of instruments;
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all tests and procedures preformed;
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree of prestigious universities with major in polymer chemistry or chemical engineering related field with strong material background;
• Ability to work independently with certain supervision;
• Creative thinking, quick learner and self-starter;
• Able to work effective under stress and willing to take on new challenges;
• PC knowledge to familiar with Microsoft office;
• Good English language skill – oral and written, a certification of English level 6 is preferred;
• Team player with outstanding interpersonal skill;
2、 研发流程工程师 Research and Development Process Engineer
Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership on a regional and global basis in the definition and execution of programs developing advanced process technologies enabling Brady to sustain a leadership position in the industries it serves.
• Challenge the status quo and demonstrate boundary-less behaviour driving creativity that delivers innovative solutions exceeding customer expectations.
• Engage the global cross functional team to aid in the robust commercialization of the above innovative solutions and process technologies.
• Demonstrate and develop strong analytical and statistical process design skills leading risk reduction through the conceptual design, development and commercialization stages of R&D.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills fostering a collaborative research and teaming environment.
Requirements
• PhD, MSc or degree with relevant experience in the field of Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience post bachelors degree in a R&D environment
• Highly self motivated, internally driven individual with a passion for innovation and thirst to lead change
• Excellent communication skills in English with proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Aptitude to adapt and learn quickly in changing environments with strong project management skills is desirable.
