Our mission is simple: to offer a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at price so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them. In order to achieve this, IKEA has 16 Trading Areas in Europe, Asia and North America working with more than 1600 suppliers in 55 countries. Trading Area Central China has around 250 co-workers and 4 offices, which are located in Shanghai, Wuhan and Xiamen. By successful purchasing, we are making great efforts to supply IKEA stores with the products of low price and good quality exceeding the customers’ expectation. Job Description Assignment:The main purpose is for hard-toy suppliers mapping in China (not only for TACC area, but also including Guangdong province)!First get our introduction of IKEA requirements of suppliers mapping, our scope and criteria before starting. Then followings are:- make "gross list" for the hard toy suppliers via different channels- first telephone interview with all the suppliers on the gross list and make selection- second telephone interview and selection (another tele. interview might need depends on selection result)- suppliers visits (including Guangdong province) might need, depends on the supplier bases and real situation- make final report (in English) of selected suppliers with SWOT analysis Capabilities- majored in Economic/International trading- good knowledge of English, and Cantonese is preferable- good communication skills- have passion of the business and willing to learn new things The Allowance is RMB120 per dayIf you have interest, pls send your CV to archer.zhao@
