1.Position: Senior. Software Development Engineer
Report to: IT manager
Location: NJ

Experience & Competencies required to be successful in the role:

 3+years related work experience
 Strong C/C++ programming skills for large systems
 Possess domain expertise in related product area
 Experience with software estimation and scope management
 Experience designing mid-scale architecture

2.Position: Senior SQA engineer
Location: NJ

Job Function:
 Work closely with software development, service, market teams ensure the process to be executed properly
 Help project manager to mitigate project risks via process education, experience sharing and best practice adoption
 Audit projects to ensure standards compliance
 Measure and evaluate product quality, and facilitate root causes analysis of project issues
 Facilitate and advocate product quality improvement through continuously process improvement


Experience & Competencies required to be successful in the role:
 MS/BS in Computer Science or related field;
 5+ years experience in software development industry, and 2+ year in SQA or Project Management areas are required;
 Strong inter-person skills such as communication and coordination among functional groups and product development teams;
 Quick learner and be able to adapt to flexible and result-oriented environment;
 Self-motivated and able to work independently;
 Software engineering or SEI CMM knowledge is a plus.

3.Position: Senior QA Engineer
Report to: IT manager
Location: NJ


Experience & Competencies required to be successful in the role:
 At least 3 years QA experience and had worked for no less than 3 projects as QA engineer
 Understand general QA process, have experience on design/execute test cases
 Have experience for testing on Windows operation system
 Have general knowledge on network. Know about TCP/IP or high level protocol like HTTP, SMTP/POP3
 Have test planning experience is preferred
 Experience on Windows Vista is better
 Have programming skills is a plus. Experience on C/C++ or master some script language like perl, pathon, TCL or VBScript is better
 Fluent English for both of written & spoken

4.Position: Senior UI Design Engineer
Report to: IT manager
Location: NJ

Job Function:
 Articulate, develop, and model the end user experience
 Perform user, task, and workflow analysis
 Develop high level and detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes
 Perform heuristic evaluation and usability evaluation
 Contribute to the teams processes and quality standards
 Help educate other teams on the benefits of user-centered design

Experience & Competencies required to be successful in the role:
 Three or more years experience developing software graphical user interfaces (GUIs)
 Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript, VBScript, CSS, and Visual Basic
 Experience in user-centered design and user research awareness
 Experience in visual design
 Experience with interaction design
 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
 Excellent teamwork skills
 Ability and willingness to assist and lead more junior UI Design Engineers
 Bachelor/Master degree in HCI, psychology, cognitive science, computer science, or a related subject
 Conversational ability in Mandarin Chinese a big plus.
