Job Description
Job Title: Wholesaler Information System Assistant
Function: Wholesalers Development & Training
Reports to: Wholesaler Information System Supervisor
Subordinates: Wholesaler Information System Technician
General Summary/Scope
Assist Supervisor to collect and analyse the national sales information to generate reports through Wholesaler Information System.
Major Responsibilities/Duties
——Monitor the daily collection of national sales information through SPDW.
——Conduct check on ETL data and ensure the accuracy.
——Prepare regular analysis reports by weekly, monthly and quarterly.
——Provide maintenance/updates on nationwide Wholesaler Database and Balanced Scorecard evaluation system.
——Assist Supervisor to identify & deliver solution on wholesalers and other system users’ potential / further needs and problems.
——Facilitate new system’s implementation nationwide.
Key Requirements
Education:
University, IT background will be a plus.
Language skills:
Intermediate spoken and written English
Computer skills:
Skilful in using office software especially Access, SQL，Excel and Powerpoint

2. Detailed oriented
3. Analytical, initiative and proactive
