Embedded Software Engineers /Algorithm Engineers
--audio/speech/video DSP firmware development（10人）
1. Master/Bachelor,EE/Computer Science/ Communication
2. Solid understanding of digital signal processing, non-stationary signal processing,DFT/DCT/MDCT/FFT/filtering, etc
3. Knowledge and/or research experience in speech enhancement: denoise/AGC
4. Familiarity of different standard/ reference C models and experience with audio/speech/video algorithm
development:mp3,aac/aac+,wma,amr,jpeg/mjpeg,and/or others
5. Programming skills in c/matlab or DSP assembly language
6. Good technical presentation skills and continuous communications with engineering staff
