We are specialized in the export of home improvement products that include power equipments, power tools, electrical, hand tools, hardware, sanitary, plumbing and flooring products.

Our clients are located overseas, mainly in Europe and in Africa, and they are specialized in the wholesales and retails business.

Job details:

As part of our phenomenon growth averaging 40% per year over the past few years and this trend is expected to continue in the foreseeable future, we are seeking 1 talented and promising fresh graduate with a desire to join a team consisting of young people and working in a fast-paced and changing international environment.

Since our structure is relatively small, flexible and thus with a flat organization, you will have a unique chance to demonstrate rapidly your talents allowing you to climb very fast the corporate ladder with a full set of new responsibilities.

Summary of the scope of the responsibilities:

Sourcing products
Writing the product specifications
Negotiating with both suppliers and clients
Pricing strategically
Writing and placing buying contracts
Participating in the conception of the product packaging
Performing the product quality control

In short, candidates should learn very fast how to manage a project from start to finish and work with cross-functional teams.

Important characteristics that a successful candidate should possess:

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills;
Ability to see the big picture and pay attention to details;
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize activities against competing needs;
Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to take initiative and a desire to take ownership of position;
Creative and able to propose workable innovative solutions for our customers;
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English;
Frequent regional travel is an integral part of this position.

Minimum educational, foreign language and computer skills requirements:

Minimum degree requirements:
a bachelor degree in engineering from one of the top 10 Chinese universities; graduate from electrical engineering is preferred.

Pass CET 6 English exams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Compensation:

A very competitive compensation package will be offered to successful candidates with great potential to evolve within our organization after 3 plus 3 months probation period.
