Natixis Private Equity Asia ("NPEA" or "NBP") is the Asian Private Arm of Nati
xis, France 4 the largest banking group (with a market cap over Euro 25 Billio
n). Natixis manages Euros 3.5 Billion of PE funds in Europe, the US, South Ame
rica and Asia. NPEA has offices in Shanghai and HK and employs 10 professional
s. NPEA has been investing in Asia since end of 1999 and in China since 2002 a
nd is one of the most successful players in the China growth Capital PE market
. NPEA has invested in very successful transactions including well known inves
tments of Suntech, LDK, Techfaith and AAC. 

NPEA is preparing to launch a USD 200 M China focused PE fund sponsored by Nat
ixis and managed independently by the existing team. In preparation for such f
und raising NPEA intends to hire Associate/ Senior Associate/ VP professionals
to be based in Shanghai. 

The Position of Associate/ MBA Internship 

Based in Shanghai, the position should support the team in deal evaluation, ex
ecution as well as post investment management. The requirements: 

- Minimum 2 years professional working experience in one of the following indu
stries: investment banking, PE, VC, management consulting, Auditing (transacti
on service of Big-4 only), financial advisory, or corporate finance. 

- Local Chinese with overseas experience/ education is preferred; 

- Smart and quick learner; 

- Desire to work in PE industry, motivated and hard working; 

- Good presentation and analytical skills.
