3、职位：Stress Analysis Engineer

职责/Responsibilities

Ø         用StruCAD 3D软件进行钻塔、桅杆及相关产品的全球结构分析/Perform global structural analysis of derrick, mast and related products using StruCAD 3D software.

Ø         确定构件截面、连接处详图设计（螺栓和焊缝）/Determine member section, connection detail design( both bolt and weld)

Ø         手算或者FEA，从而为设备和附属设施提供支持/Hand calculation or real FEA on supports for equipment and accessories

Ø         制定技术文件进行存档和/或使第三方零件设计通过审查/Prepare technical document for archiving and/or get third part design review passed.

Ø         基于分析和计算结果对工程制图予以批准/Approve engineering drawings based on analysis and calculation result

要求/Requirement:

Ø         机械/机械工程/建筑/汽车/海洋工程硕士及以上学位Master’s degree or above in Mechanics/Mechanical engineering/Architecture/Marine Engineering.

Ø         熟悉FEA软件（StruCAD 3D, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, Nastran 等等）和手算/Familiar with FEA software (StruCAD 3D, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, Nastran etc.) and hand calculation.

Ø         熟悉相关国际标准和法规，如：API和DNV/Familiar with related international codes and regulations, e.g. API, DNV.

Ø         具有很强的技术问题解决能力，对机械工程有很深的理解/Strong technical problem resolving skills and mechanical engineering sense

Ø         具备良好的沟通技巧、积极主动并具备良好的团队合作精神/Good communication skills, initiative and teamwork spirits

Ø         具备良好英语沟通能力者优先/Good English communication skills preferable

结构设计工程师/Structure Design Engineer

向工程部经理报告工作/Report to Engineering Manager

职位描述/ Description

1、  按照公司质量体系流程的要求，工作上对部门经理负责，根据工程部经理的安排，从事结构方面的设计开发、应用等设计工作；

To engage in structural design & development and application etc. according to the requirements of company quality system flow chart and the arrangements of engineering department，reporting to the department manager;

2、  根据工程部经理的安排，配合项目工程师和产品工程师进行项目/产品的工作，或提供技术支持；

To work under the instruction the project/production engineer after being assigned by engineering manager, or to provide technical support for the project/product.

3、  从事公司新开发产品的结构部分的开发工作，参与产品结构的方案设计，负责按照设计方案实现结构的细节设计，包括设计计算、方案确定、图纸设计等工作；

To engage in development activities in structural aspects of newly developed product, to participate in product structural design, also responsible for implementing the detailed design of structural parts & components according to the design protocol, including design calculation, protocol determination, and drawing design etc.

4、  根据美国来图的转化原则，从事公司美国来图转化产品的结构部分的工作，并主动搜集资料，解决转化工程中可能出现的不一致性，确保图纸转化的科学性和准确性；

To engage in the structural work for the USA incoming drawing to transform into product according to the transformation principle of USA incoming drawing, and to collect information to solve possible nonconformity occurred during transformation, and to ensure scientificity and accuracy of drawing transformation;

5、  按照部门工作分工安排，对产品图纸进行设计、绘制、检查、审核，并与其他工程师协作，使结构部分和机械、液压和电气控制等其他部分有机结合，协调推进工作进展；

To design, draft, check, and review the product drawing according to the department labor division and arrangements, and to coordinate with other engineers to enable structural part to combine with other parts such as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control, and to coordinate forwarding work improvement;

6、  绘制设计图纸应做到基础资料、设计参数齐全准确，计算方法、计算数据、计算结果准确无误，图面清晰，文字简练通顺；

When drafting the design drawing, the basic information and design parameter shall be complete and accurate, the calculation method, data, and results shall be accurate, the drawing shall be clear and the words shall be simple;

7、  对产品开发阶段的外协加工制造和采购提供技术支持，制定制造加工的技术协议和采购技术协议，参与产品设计验证过程并负责设计的规格书编制，检验规程和工程BOM编制，按规定完成质量体系要求的设计记录。

To provide technology support for outsourcing processing and purchasing during product development period, to establish production & processing technical agreement and purchasing technical agreement, to participate in product design verification, also responsible for establishing plan specifications, test procedures and engineering BOM, and completing design records needed for the quality system.

8、  对出厂的产品提供技术支持，包括技术咨询、故障分析等；

To provide technical support for ex-factory product, including technical consulting and failure analysis etc.

要求/Requirement:

Ø         土木结构/机械工程学士以上学位/B. S degree or above in Civil structural/Mechanical engineering

Ø        会熟练使用UG或AutoCAD,Skillful user of UG or AutoCAD

Ø         有石油钻井设计经验者优先/Experience in oil rig design preferable

Ø         具有很强的技术技能，对机械工程很深的理解/Strong technical skills and mechanical engineering sense

Ø         具备良好的沟通技巧、积极主动并具备良好的团队合作精神/Good communication skills, initiative and teamwork spirits

Ø         熟练掌握英语者优先/Good command of English preferable

Mechanical Engineer

向工程部经理报告工作/Report to Engineering Manager

职责/ Responsibilities：

1、  按照公司质量体系流程的要求，工作上向部门经理负责，根据工程部门经理的安排，从事机械方面的设计开发等相关工作/engage in design & development and relevant work in mechanical aspect according to the requirements of company quality system flow chart and the arrangements of engineering manager, reporting to the department manager;

2、  根据工程部经理的安排，配合项目工程师和产品工程师进行项目/产品的工作，或提供技术支持；

To work under the instruction the project/production engineer after being assigned by engineering manager, or to provide technical support for the project/product.

3、  从事公司新开发产品的机械部分的开发工作，参与产品机械的方案设计，负责按照设计方案实现机械零部件等的细节设计，包括设计计算、方案确定、图纸设计等工作/engage in development activities in mechanical aspects of newly developed product, to participate in product mechanical protocol design, also responsible for implementing the detailed design of mechanical parts & components according to the design protocol, including design calculation, protocol determination, and drawing design etc.

要求/Requirement:

Ø         机械工程学士学位或者有同等学力/Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent,

Ø         熟练掌握AutoCAD/ Solid Works/UG和PC 技能/Good command of AutoCAD / Solid Works/UG and PC skills;

Ø       良好的口头和书面英文技巧，良好的沟通能力，团队精神/Good oral and written English skill. Good communication skill and team player
