Position: HR Assistant/HR Admin
Job Description:
1. Responsible for company payroll and provide C&B support.
2. Maintain HR filing system and leave system
3. Work as HR coordinator with FESCO for all HR team support.
4. Responsible for employee enrollment, dismissal, transfer procedure and
5. Help staff on visa application
6. Assist HR team on other projects as required, such as training coordination, hotel & air plane ticket booking, etc.
Requirement:
1. Be able to manage confidential information
2. Detail oriented, careful at work
3. Good command of PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint
4. Good English skills
5, Be able to multi-task at the same time
6. 1+ yr HR expeperience
The successful candidate will be on a one-year contract with the company. He/she should be working on a full time base, 40 hours per week.
