     We are currently looking for a research assistant starting from internship of high potential and eager to learn. He/she will assist marketing manager in developing our business in China. We offer an international working environment and a culture where your contribution will be rewarded and a defined career path. Our office is located in the Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai.

Research assistant (Internship)

 

Qualifications:
1，University Degree of Arts (prefers but not limited to Marketing/Communication/Management/HR/English and etc.)  
2，Fluency in  both spoken and written English
3，Proficiency in using MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and etc
4，Strong logical and analytical sense as well as presentation skill
5，Detail-oriented with creative idea
6，Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill
7，Multi-tasking, self disciplined with good time management skills. 
8，Initiative, hard-working, able to work under pressure and overtime if necessary
9，Independent, confident and result-oriented with integrity
10，Optimistic, self-motivated, team spirit and willing to adopt change
11，Interest in research and willing to learn and grow
Intelligent and with high potential
12，Experience of internship in relevant agencies like Ads, Research, Consulting, PR and etc is a plus

In his/her role, it will be able to handle small tasks assigned by his/her manager with certain diversity. He/she will be mainly responsible for marketing research projects. The extract exposure of marketing, sales, media could be also expected. We are a superb adverting firm of taking employer forward, with limitless job opportunities and great training. This unique position will be able to bring this person to senior level in this industry with insightful knowledge. 

Accountabilities:
1，Basic execution and coordination of marketing research studies by assisting in developing proposal/questionnaire/discussion guideline, conducting interview, quality check, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting marketing research data, writing client reports, and constructing presentation.
2，Conduct regular market intelligence studies on specific industries and its employment trends, and issues related to employment marketing communications, including media research.
3，Undertake daily project management and client service if necessary.
4，Any other project related tasks that from time to time that is required by manager
5，Attend client meeting and presentation if necessary
