职位目的
负责实验室日常分析工作，并对分析结果做出合理判断，协助公司的质量管理工作.
职责
贯彻执行国家、行业、地方有关质量法规、政策和规章制度。
贯彻执行公司质量方针、质量政策。
按南通工厂的产品、中间产品、原料及包装材料的分析测试方法进行检测，确保及时提供准确的检测数据。
根据产品、中间产品、原料及包装材料的指标对其进行质量判定，及时提供准确的检测报告。
按实验室标准操作程序的要求对检验数据进行记录、保存。
及时提供化学原料、包装材料、中间产品及成品的不合格信息，以便技术查找原因、寻找解决方案。
对实验室分析仪器进行日常维护、校正，对简单的故障进行判断及维修。
实验室日常使用试剂、标准溶液的配制及检查，确保试剂、标准溶液在有效期内使用。
符合实验室HSE标准及公司HSE标准，对废水及工业卫生等样品提供分析支持。
为工艺研究及工艺改进提供分析支持。
为市场打假、运营及产品登记取证提供分析支持。
按规定对化学原料、包装材料、中间产品及成品进行留样。
知识、技能和经验
知识:
化学分析或相关的学科, 中专或以上学历.
具有一定的质量管理、质量保证基础知识.
化学分析、仪器分析知识
实验室HSE的知识.
技能:
坚持原则和标准的要求；
一定的英语读写能力；

| Analytical Chemist | | Location: Nantong
ACCOUNTABILITIES
To contribute to development /re-siting projects and to coordinate related activities (e.g. analytical method development, quality, by-products identification / profile and synthesis, specification / registration, process control methods development, raw materials validation, cleaning validation, etc.).
To support manufacturing in case of commissioning, process improvement or troubleshooting.

To contribute to projects by participating to multidisciplinary meetings and project sub-teams.
To support documentation; to regularly report progress and issues.
To provide leadership in Analytical Chemistry and to ensure that the development laboratory staff is following all the instructions and guidelines, in particular those concerning HSE and QA.
To promote the quality thinking and the continuous improvement.
To supervise the organization of the lab and work of technicians.
To ensure that work delivered by his/her team is consistent with project definition.
Responsible for the up-keep of all the laboratory instruments
To provide analytical and chemical expertise / knowledge to support the scope and detailed design of the project.
To be an active player of the development and coaching of junior staff. |
| Process development engineer | | Location: Nantong
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide engineering support for process and technology transfer from current manufacturing sites to Nantong.
Provide technical support for all decisions related to processing. Function as engineering liaison for all decisions related to process modifications, and for all decisions related to alternative waste treatment methods.
Review and approve process changes and keep other functions informed of changes. Periodically review all raw material and finished goods specifications and analytical requirements versus the actual plant consumption mass balance. Function as technical contact for any recommended modifications.
Develop and monitor plant energy consumption for products produced.
Develop and implement process improvement projects with support from others as required. Establish project priorities based on the key performance drivers as defined above.
Maintain communication with stakeholder regarding their process development / improvements initiatives to ensure that all appropriate testing is completed. Function as lead manufacturing representative during any in plant testing or implementation of major process changes.
Use engineering tools and other techniques as appropriate in monitoring and improvement activities.
Provide technical reports as needed.
