Visual Designer
Requirements:
? Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, or other visual arts related field.
? Minimum 3+ years experience in the development of consumer products or web and/or software applications.
? Create visual designs of graphics, icons, animations and user interface elements.
? Produce design deliverables including visual design specifications, templates, storyboards, prototypes and comps.
? Understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, as well as ability to grasp multiple product requirements.
? Work closely with interaction designers to develop design concepts iteratively,
? Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage work load, and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
? Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
? Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
? Use Graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop, illustrator like a pro.
? Flash expertise a big plus
