Work description for International Trainee: We are looking for matured, dynamic & result - oriented Trainees: International Trainee – Marketing department As part of the overall development plans for Jotun China, wish to recruit Trainees for the marketing department under Marine and PC business unit individually. Future career direction: Assist marketing manager to analyze and assess market trends for key product lines so as to highlight potential market threats and opportunities. Conduct gap analysis about the line of business, the market and actors to ensure that Jotun deliver the products and marketing action based on the market and customers demand. Assist the marketing manager in developing innovation plans for new products and markets to ensure that Jotun appears as an innovative supplier in respective segments in the market.
