Capture Leader for Nuclear Activities

Responsibilities
--- Leads and manages the Capture of orders for nuclear market in People republic of China, ensures together with the Tender Manager the coordination with the support functions for different projects
--- Defines and implements project winning strategy (Capture Team Plan)
--- Leads contract negotiations
--- Closes the assigned deal at the approved conditions and margin.

Educational Requirements
Engineering Degree + commercial (MBA)

Knowledge / Experience

Experience :
Strong sales experience for both turnkey power plants projects and components
Team building and management experience.
International experience.

Technical skills / competencies :
--- Good understanding of power generation technology
--- Contractual and commercial terms & conditions
--- Project management tools, cost calculation, time scheduling, DOW, risk management, financial project securities (hedging, export risk insurance, etc.)
--- Financing schemes and conditions related to the sales projects (project financing, ECA, World Bank rules, multi-laterals etc)
--- International contracting (contract language) for plant business
--- Fluent in English and Chinese.
