我们的客户，一家外资汽车经销商诚聘 Windows Server Administrator，要求如下：

Windows Server Administrator

In order to improve the reliability of our servers and to support our growing infrastructure we are looking for an experienced windows administrator.
The main goals are to roll-out local AD and Fileservers to our dealerships.
Update the AD-structure and OUs
Automate the user environment via scripts and group-policies
Create server-based profiles
Automate software deployment
Improve surveillance of servers (centralise reporting and management, central syslog or comparable).
Update Exchange infrastructure

The following technical skills are

required:
Windows Server 2003 Administration (some Windows Advanced Server 2000)
Active Directory structuring and administration
Exchange Server Administration
Experience with Scripting for logon scripts and Active Directory manipulation
Experience with Group Policies

nice to have:
Experience with Virtual Machines would be a plus
Knowledge about Live Communications Server would be a plus
MS-SQL Server administration advantageous
Data Management and Backuppolicies

Furthermore:
-Ability to understand English and basic speaking skills
-A sense for security
-Work independently towards a goal
-Team worker
