Our Management Trainee Programme is an intensive programme tailored with classroom and on-the-job training, aiming at developing high flyers with all-round management skills for the growth of the Company as well as the industry. After satisfactory completion of the Management Trainee Programme, the trainees are expected to take up managerial positions and start developing their prosperous career with the Company.

To qualify for this unrivalled challenge, you should be/have:-

Ø Fresh graduates of Bachelor or Master Degree in any discipline from any recognized universities. Graduates with 1-2 years working experience are also welcome

Ø Good command of spoken and written English

Ø Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ø Presentable, sensible with a strong analytical mind

Ø Eager to learn and have strong initiative

Ø Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

Ø Willing to travel
