OVERVIEW:
We are building next generation intelligent web search applications. We are looking for a brilliant software engineer with strong expertise in text mining, information extraction, information retrieval and natural language processing to help us build a product database that will allow us to dominate the"long tail" of products.

1. Data Extraction engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Responsible for building the biggest and most heavily"meta-tagged" product catalog in our domain.
(2) Find little known"off the beaten path" products on little known"out of the way" websites.
(3) Work with our team to deliver the best possible experience for our users.
(4) Reports to Director of Engineering.

EXPERIENCE:
(1) Experience in information extraction and integration. Harvesting and extracting information from structured and unstructured data.
(2) Familiar with statistical methods for data analysis, such as PMI, HMM, Naive Bayes etc. Natural language processing skills and experience is a big plus.
(3) Experience in machine learning algorithms related to search and personalization, large scale web clustering, classification and summarization.
(4) Experience in large scale recommendation system, content based recommendation and collaborative filtering.
(5) 5+ years experience in Java development, strong programming skills.
(6) Experience in Java technology, such as JDBC, servlet, web service. Knowledge of Ruby a plus.
(7) Expert knowledge of relational database, performance tuning of large data size, and experience in MySQL is preferred.
(8) Experience in test driven and agile software development.
(9) Feel comfortable with fast-paced development in the environment of small startup.
(10) Experience in large scale crawling, deep web crawling, knowledge of tools like nutch, hadoop a plus.

1.爬虫工程师
要求：
(1) 精通信息抓取和整合技术，从结构化的和非结构化的数据中获取信息。
(2) 熟悉数据分析的统计方法，如PMT，HMM，Naïve Bayes等。自然语言处理技巧和经验尤为重要。
(3) 精通与搜索和个性化相关的机器学习算法，大规模网页聚类，分类和提取摘要。
(4) 精通大规模推荐系统和内容过滤（large scale recommendation system, content based recommendation and collaborative filtering）。
(5) 5年以上Java开发经验，超强的编程技巧。
(6) 精通Java技术，如JDBC，servlet，web service，最好熟悉Ruby。
(7) 精通关系型数据库，尤其是MySQL， 大数据量的。
(8) 熟悉大规模网页爬取，深度网页爬取，熟悉nutch、hadoop等爬虫工具尤佳。
(9) 有测试驱动和敏捷开发经验。
(10)能用英文进行日常工作沟通交流。

2. Java 软件开发项目经理

职位描述：
(1) 负责领导一个开发工作组，承担任务分配、工作指导、代码审查、功能验证等工作。
(2) 承担功能模块的系统设计、编码实现以及相关配套文档；
(3) 负责与美国母公司沟通协作。

职位要求：
(1) 本科以上学历，至少4年以上JAVA 项目开发经验，2年以上团队管理经验；
(2) 掌握J2EE核心技术（Servlet、JSP、JDBC等），对基于J2EE的N层系统体系设计有清楚的认识，熟悉Tomcat 等服务器；
(3) 熟悉部分常见的框架，如Hibernate、Struts、Spring等，并具有相关开发经验；
(4)了解关系型数据库原理和数据库设计，熟悉SQL语言，了解MySQL等数据库；
(5) 熟练掌握HTML、JavaScript、XML等Web开发语言；
(6) 能够熟练使用Eclipse或JBuilder等开发工具；
(7) 性格开朗，具有较强的团队开发意识和协调沟通能力；
(8) 较强英文读写能力

3. Java高级软件开发工程师

职位描述：
(1) 承担功能模块的系统设计、编码实现、及测试。
(2) 设计数据库结构，设计实现数据算法、规则以及数据分类、钻取等功能。

职位要求：
(1) 硕士以上学历，至少2年以上JAVA 项目开发经验；
(2) 熟悉SQL语言，了解MySQL等数据库，精通数据结构和算法
(3) 精通全文检索，熟悉Lucene or Solr；

4. 测试工程师QA

工作职责：
负责功能测试、后台测试及web应用测试。
要求：
(1)两年以上Java及Web测试经验；
(2)熟悉黑白盒测试；
(3)熟练使用bug管理工具Bugzilla等；
(4)精通压力测试和自动化测试；
(5)了解Java&ruby优先;
(6)计算机类本科以上学历；
(7)英文优秀，口语要好。
