Manufacturing Coordinator Intern
INITIAL DPEARTMENT:
Manufacturing Daktronics SH
Daktronics manufacturing follows a focus factory concept paralleling four markets: Large Sport Venue, High School Park & Recreation, Commercial and Transportation.
Transportation Systems Manufacturing consists of two shifts: day, night and midnight including 40 fulltime employees, 15 student temporary employees and 5 temporary employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Can use Auto-CAD
2.Drawing translations
3.QC and material plan coordination
4.Workshop coordination
5.Make the production plan according to the sales order or company requirement
6.Work order flow, routing, and delivery.
7.Work procedures and test procedures
8.Input the manufacturing data into SAP system, can design simple chart of structure.
9.Maintain good attendance and work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
10.Represent the company and department positively and effectively in all situations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Good technical reading and writing in both English and Chinese and basic verbal English skills required.
2..Computer skills: Word, Excel and Outlook.
3.Maintain strict confidentiality concerning aspects of employees and company information;
4.Professional and able to work with minimal supervision;
5.Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner;
6.Strong self motivation;
7.Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills;
8.Eager and quick to learn.
