This position is responsible to coordinate and support team communication with manufacture and other functional departments on site. The tasks include the internal HR/Admin, admin assistant. Individual will have tracking responsibility for the internal resources, scheduling, and communication. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Accountability: Individual must possess the aptitude to assist the manager on daily admin on office and support Technical Center team communication with other teams in Wuqing or around the World. Demonstrate commitment, loyalty, trustworthiness and reliability for the work and company. The post holder will be required to work flexibly, in a rapidly developing office environment. It may be necessary to assist, or cover for, other administrative work from team members time to time. Assistant and communicate with site HR and Admin departments on our general HR/admin management for TC staff. Such as training record, leave record, etc. Ability to learn, interpret, and apply district ordinances and resolutions. Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers and the general public; to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority. Perform secretarial and clerical and related duties requiring the application of departmental procedure and policy with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision. Daily tasks such as: Prepare letters, reports, records and other related documents from rough drafts, corrected copy, or recorded media; proofreads completed materials and makes corrections. Gather and compile information as requested; prepares related reports or documents. Inventories, orders, and maintains office supplies. Schedule meetings and arranges appointments; provide/arrange hospitality; and make travel reservations as requested. Performs other related duties as required. Skill Requirements: Individual must possess effective communication and good interpersonal skills. General office practice skill/experience expected. Office automation skills are required. Candidate must be fluent in use of computers for documentation and reporting (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and for analysis and reporting). Educational Requirements and experience: BSc or equivalent. Management or Accountant subject desired. Effective oral and written communication skills including proficiency in English required. Relationship: Reporting to Technical Manager and assisting to support the Technical Center objectives as required.
