Job Description:
1.Prepare all design relative material.
2.Analyze project and client requirements.
3.Develop design package and full set of construction drawing package under the leading of design director.
4.Arrange and control design schedule as per clients requirement.
5.Manage junior designer.
6.Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fit out issues and control material and workmanship quality and time schedule together with Project Manager.
7.Coordinate with other departments within the company.
Position Specifications:
1.College degree or above in the field of architectural design or related disciplines.
2.Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS-Office.
3.Experience with high-end projects.
4.Have certain site experience.
5.Have certain free-hand drawing ability.
6.Good communication skill and good personality.
7.Self discipline and strong responsibility.
8.Good team player.
Interior Designer
Job Description:

5.Arrange and control design schedule as per clients requirement.
6.Manage assistant interior designer.
7.Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fit out issues and control material and workmanship quality and time schedule together with Project Manager.
8.Coordinate with other departments within the company.

Neri & Hu Design and Research Office (NHDRO) is a medium size architectural and interiors design firm with a staff of 30 people based in Shanghai, China. NHDRO’s architectural department is currently working on the realization of various high-end private residential houses in China and abroad and is looking for talented people with experience and passion in detail design interested to work in Shanghai within a multinational team. NHDRO was established in 2003 by Harvard trained Lyndon Neri and Princeton educated Rossana Hu. The firm’s design philosophy is to base design strongly on research—history, art, culture and theory. Some prevailing issues that surround all of its projects include material exploration, cultural / contextual expressions, formal manipulation, and ultimately meaning in the built form / space of various sizes and nature. The firm NHDRO has undertaken a wide variety of projects including large multi-use urban developments, boutique hotels, private residences, high-end restaurants, clubs and spas. Previous realized work of NHDRO in Shanghai include the Muse Club, the Y+ Yoga and wellness Center, the first flagship retail store and office headquarter for Design Republic and the Slice flagship gourmet store. Recent projects abroad had been the China House at the Oriental Hotel in Bangkok and the new Laris Restaurant in Macau. Currently NHDRO is also working on a mixed-use residential complex in Hefei as well as a master planning project for a mixed use complex containing villas, four 5 stars hotels, schools and an art center in Bali. Besides NHDRO has worked at a numerous graphics and packaging projects for high-end private labels and an exclusive line of domestic furniture and accessories for the retail concept store DESIGN REPUBLIC.
