Software Engineer – Classic OTA Tools (WSDS)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Work as a software engineer on Classic OTA Tools R&D

- Responsible for software development activities including implementation and testing

Specific Duties:

- Software development analysis and design

- Software development/implementation with Java / C#

- Performing unit test/system test over the application being developed

- Software tools test/validation activities

- Work closely with other engineers to ensure high quality of product/tools delivery

Education/Skill requirements:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering/Informatics/Computer Science

- Knowledge in Object Oriented Analysis & Design with UML.

- Familiar with development/programming in Java / C#

- Familiar with Eclipse Plug-in development

- Good sense and awareness of software quality

- Good English communication skills and should be comfortable in multi-cultural environment.

- Knowledge in Smart Card/GSM or CDMA wireless network is a plus.

Software Engineer-GGS

Core Missions:

• Work as a Software Engineer in GGS Perso Team ， for Great China and South Asia perso software and DLL delivery.

• Software development for smartcard manufacturing and DLL development related with SIM card.

Main Responsibilities:

• Acquire all knowledge necessary to develop/validate perso software effectively/correctly

• Acquire specific knowledge related with smartcard technology, as required

• Provide support to other teams and customer, field problem analysis

• Design, implementation, test, integration of the assigned projects.

• Provide the coding or technical elements, qualification and project archiving according to Quality Standards and company commitments

• Participate in the improvement of work methods

Other responsibilities:

• Work with marketing/Sales/Manufacture team and applet development team to give technical proposal/opinion about the smart card manufacture.

• Work with product line to smoothly take use of new product in the field, Communicated to ensure ontime delivery the product to customer

Qualifications:

Skills

Good knowledge of SIM card (OS and SIM card manufacture)

Familiar with development / programming in C /C++ , VB

Expertise in development /validation methodology

Good written and spoken English

Creative and inquisitive

Autonomous and thorough

Good communication skills

Experience

Minimum of one year s experience in development, Smart card is prefered

Educational Background

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, preferably in the specialization of Software, Electronic & Electrical, telecommunications

Software Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

-Work as a software engineer on Smart card OS development and validation.

-Do/Take part to Product feature or spec analyze and feature/product design.

-Do/Take part to coding and validation.

-Provide support to Marketing and field.

-Work closely with other engineers on SIM cards to ensure successful/on time product delivery.

Qualifications:

-Knowledge in Smart Card / GSM or CDMA wireless network is preferred.

-Good English and communication skills should be comfortable in multi-cultural environment.

Experience

-At least 1 year experience in software development, or VB/C/embedded system development.
