职位要求: | I. Job Aim 工作目标 To assist store manager and area manager in maximizing sales and profit while achieving set targets. Assist to provide leadership, coaching and discipline to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, inventory management and store administration. Consistently ensure all company policy and procedures are implemented while striving at all times to reduce store costs. 协助店铺经理以及区域经理实现销售和利润的最大化以实现预定目标,协助完成部门员工的日常管理及培训以确保店铺的顾客服务、店铺陈列、库存管理以及店铺行政工作的高标准执行;保证所有公司政策及流程得到持续的贯彻执行,同时努力降低店铺成本。 II. Duties and Responsibility 工作职责  Customer Service 顾客服务 I. Implementation of the 8 Golden Rules of Service to improve customer service 贯彻八个黄金服务原则以提高客户服务水平 II. 职位要求: | I. Job Aim 工作目标 Keeping products abundance and shelves clean and in order. Providing customer service with proper smile in that to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, inventory management and store administration. 保证店铺货品的充足及货架的整齐和清洁,微笑面对顾客确保提供高标准的顾客服务并确保店铺陈列以及库存管理和店铺管理的高标准运行。 II. Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责  Customer Service 顾客服务 I. To answer customers’ questions in time and provide excellent customer service. 及时解答顾客的疑问并为其提供良好的服务 II. Providing a basket to the customer with above 3 products in hand. 为拿有三件以上商品的顾客送上购物蓝  Operation Job 营运工作 I. Cleaning products and shelves when entering the designated store 进入卖场后,首先清洁所负责的商品及货架 II. Displaying according to POG and keep products and shelves clean and neat at any time 按陈列图要求摆放商品,并注意随时保持商品整洁及排面整齐 III. Checking stock if shortage of shelf. Refilling if stock is enough. Placing an order or request for products transfer after approved by Store Manager if shortage of storeroom 如有缺货,应及时查看店铺库存,店铺仓库内如有库存,应及时补货,如店铺仓库内无库存,经店经理批准后应及时订货或从其他店铺调货 IV. Must double check the quantity 、content 、specification 、package and invoice when the products have been arrived and sent documents to store clerk 当有订货到达店铺时,应仔细核对商品数量、品质、规格、包装和送货单,并将送货单交文员保存 V. Promotion products must be directed promotion POP 促销商品必须挂上对应的促销价格牌 VIII. Stark DP must be adjusted according to indication from Supervisor/Key-holder 随时根据主管或当班经理指示调整堆头及胶箱的商品 IX. Should take care of products 爱惜商品 III. Personal Qualities&Qualifications个性品质及任职资格 I. Fluent Oral English 英语口语流利 II. Senior high school or vocational training school 高中或中专及以上学历 III. Open-minded, warm-hearted, willing to communicate and Strong sense of customer service 开朗热情,善于沟通,并具有较强的顾客服务意识 IV. Background in the retail sector in similar position 具有零售业或相关行业工作经验优先 IV.
