HR Intern
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly/annually recruiting/headcount/turnover status
report/analysis, and Organization Chart update
Maintain filing system for various personnel documents and information
Take charge of on-board/resign/probation/contract renew process
Handle 1st round interview for junior positions and recruitment management
Internal audit matters related to HR Function
Fulfill other personnel administration as required

Requirements:
1. Proficient written and oral English
2. Good computer skill, master user of Excel
3. Can work at least 4 days per week and long term commitment
4. First-year or Second-year Postgraduate student, interested in HR
5. Detail-oriented, responsible and hard-working

注：两点强调一下，第一这个职位对英语有一定要求，由于是亚太区所以要和很多老外打交道，所以口语和交流能力要好点。第二时间上要可以保证，可能家在外地的同学如果寒假要回家的就不太适合。
