ATC-AdCenter team is looking for interns to enhance its advanced program management team. We are currently conducting online advertising business in the following areas: Paid Search, Contextual Ads, Behavioral Targeting, audience intelligence algorithms etc.. Candidates have the background in those areas are highly preferred.

In this position, you will work closely with our developers, testers, researchers in both Beijing and Redmond to implement product features and explore program management basics and market research, experience web-based product life cycle, practice feature design and spec writing skills. It’s also a very good opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and organization skill.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
2. Self-motivated and proactive plus good organization skill
3. Good at problem solving and a quick learner
4. Be able to write one page spec
5. Passion in internet technology and program management. Have relevant experience is a big plus
6. Major in Computer Science or other related technical discipline
7. Have basic understanding of computer science and technology. Strong technical background is a big plus
8. Knowledge in data mining, information retrieval, machine learning, or other related areas is a big plus
