Responsibility:
(1) Corporate VAT Filings
-Preparation of the corporate VAT returns for WCC and submission to the tax bureau on monthly basis
-Arrange the payment of the VAT liabilities of WCC with tax authorities
-Coordinate the supply chains (GZ/PY) and other commercial finance function teams and completion of the Output and Input VAT reconciliation
-Communicate with tax authorities in tax filings
(2)VAT Invoice Compliance Management
-In charge of VAT invoice purchasing
-Coordinate the VAT invoice scanning and in charge of invoice internet verification
-Coordinate with finance function teams and CS Order Team on the VAT invoice return, re-issue and losing procedures
-In charge of invoice filing
(3) Tax Journal Reporting
-Review reconciliation of VAT accounts;
-Prepare monthly tax journal reconciliation reports for WCC to make sure the journal is comply with tax payments
-Assist in preparing of the balance sheet forecast for taxes
-Assist in preparing account explanation under month end schedule.
-Assist in preparing tax reports to external parties, e.g. tax bureau
(4) Tax Advice
-Assist to perform research for the tax regulations in advising tax implications to internal customer for business decision making support;
-Assist in formulating and revising the tax SOPs
-Assist in coordinating the external tax consultant in providing tax services
-Assist in providing the tax related consultation to the finance teams and intern functions
(5) Tax Communication and Inspection
-Communicate with the headquarter in-charge bureaus to build up the relationship
-Coordinate in regular tax inspections and ad hoc tax audits
(6) Tax Documents Filing
-In charge of updating the tax certificates
-Maintain and manage the tax related documents filing

Requirement:
-University degree in accounting or taxation
-Minimum of 2 years of related tax operations experience
-Good practical tax knowledge of foreign company
-Good working attitude and team work spirit
-Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical skill and technical skills
-Command of Chinese and English, both in oral and written
