总账会计---R2R Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Maintaining a sound understanding of the services provided to the business and the impact of service delivery failures.
2. Delivering the services that are complying with the operation manual and meeting client satisfaction levels as stated in the Service Level Agreements.
3. Following the strategic direction when addressing client requirements.
4. Discovering and reporting customer service issues as they arise to the supervisor.
5. Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills.
6. Other ad hoc support required by supervisor
PROCESSES
1.General Ledger & Month End - Standard JE; Recurring JE; Accrual, tax and adjustment JE; Month-End Checklist; Bank Reconciliation; Account Analysis/Schedule; Statutory Report (BS, PL); Reconciliation of all GL accounts; BS review & Action Plan follow up
2.Reporting – Statutory report, company internal financial management report, Variance Reporting, Preliminary Analysis
3.Cross functional support – initiate & coordinate case study(incident/issue/compliant/difficulty), define improvement area & monitor progress within Lubes business
职位要求：
1.大学本科；
2.熟练的英语沟通能力；
3.至少1年以上相关工作经验；有总账工作经验者优先考虑（实习经验也可）。
