Principal Activities
关键工作：
-建立合理的多式联运运输操作流程
Establish a rational multi-modal transportation operation process
-配合HSE小组提高供应商的HSE体系
Co-operate with HSE team to improve vendor’s HSE system.
-实地考察第三方多式联运运输供应商
Check and audit 3rd party multi-modal transportation providers at vendors’ site.
-配合计划小组建立供应商绩效考核流程，制定关键业绩指标
Co-operate with planning team to establish vendor performance evaluation process and Key Performance Indicator
-准备所有多式联运运输服务合同招标相关的文件
Prepare all multi-modal transportation relative documents to support bidding process
-联系客户服务，PHU仓库和多式联运运输供应商执行运输
Contact with CSR，PHU warehouse and multi-modal transportation provider to execute transportation operation.
-为其它组提供物流建议
Provide the logistics recommendations to other teams
-了解国家有关政策. 与有关当局保持工作联系
To maintain knowledge of the national regulations and maintain a working relationship with the authorities.
Experience/Skill Requirement 经验/技能要求
-本科
Bachelor Degree
-了解HSE规定
Understand HSE regulation
-善于运用已有的知识，过去的经验来解决较复杂的问题
Application of knowledge, past experience to resolve complex problems.
-高度自我激励, 能够采取主动, 独立工作
Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently
-良好的沟通技巧并能作为小组的一员很好地工作
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team
-能承受工作压力按时完成任务
Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time
-良好的计算机操作能力
A capable user of PC office applications
-具有流利的英语口语和书写能力优先
Excellent English verbal and written ability will be an advantage
-具有招标书写作能力和谈判技巧
Pose writing skill on RFP and negotiation skill
-具有很强的成本分析能力
Have strong cost analysis capability

The overall investment is $2.7 billion - one of the biggest JV in China.. The project comprises world scale/fully-integrated cracker facility (including a 900 ktpa naphtha fed ethylene cracker, polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene, polystyrene, acrylonitrile, butadiene, and benzene extraction) located at the Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park (SCIP) at Caojing, Shanghai. The project will be an internationally competitive facility, which will manufacture and market high quality petrochemical products, replacing imports.
