实习设计师
工作职责
1.负责公司网站的整体美术设计广告制作和负责公司宣传品设计与制作；
2.有敏锐的创意思维，保证网站的整体设计最大化贴近用户；
3.对互联网有深入的调查研究，了解网站的业务流程和用户使用习惯；
工作要求
1.熟练运用Flash等网页设计、平面设计、排版软件
2.具有美术设计或艺术类相关专业背景
3.理性，对网站整体风格、布局和色彩感协调把握和实施能力强
4.有独到的见地，有成功案例优先成功的设计代表作品，请写明已完成作品网址、工作内容
5.熟练运用广告美术设计软件e.g. Dos Ventura 或CorelVentura；PageMarker；In-design，CorelDraw； Photoshop；3DMAX 及其它制作，设计等软件，具有一定的广告创意能力
6.熟练的英文沟通能力
7.应届毕业生或大三相关专业的实习生
Design Intern:
Job Responsibilities:
1). Responsible for the creation of new e-commerce websites as well as maintaining existing ones. The web sites use SAP CRM application software and serve both consumers and business partners.
2). Creates and maintains multiple e-commerce websites. Responsibilities include front-end web design in a J2EE development environment; Coordinates with marketing and graphic arts departments to design new features and update existing ones for various web sites.
3). Continuously reviews, improves and maintains existing web-sites.
Minimum Requirements:
1). Experience with a web scripting language, preferably JSP.
2). Ability to work effectively with creative team to reflect their designs on the web.
3). Strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
4). Able to work independently to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
5). Must be able to communicate in English.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Experience with cross browser development.
Experience with J2EE development environment.
Experience with Eclipse, Apache and Dreamweaver.
Experience with XML and TagLibs.
Photoshop is a plus.
Must be able to communicate in English.
