职责：
-在项目经理的领导下，按照公司的要求，争取超额完成规定的维修订单指标
-根据工程合同，维修合同的要求，做好工程的定期保养和紧急维修
-跟踪已完工的工程，在保修期临近结束时，应与客户联系，洽谈维修合约
-对已签订的维修合同，在合约临近结束时，应与客户联系，洽谈续约合约事宜
-按合同规定的时间，做好工程的定期保养工作
-接到紧急维修通知后，按合同规定的时间内到达工地进行维修
-对过保修期而未签订维修合约的客户，在接到紧急维修通知时，应与客户协调维修时间，并告知客户维修费用
-对损坏的设备进行检修
-对不能检修的设备，送厂方修理或更换，并告知客户设备修理大致时间
-参与大中型项目竣工验收
-每周向项目经理汇报工作情况
资质要求：
-有安防领域企业维修工程师工作经验,07年毕业的优秀应届生亦可
-大专以上学历
-具备相关资质者优先
