Hong Kong Consulting firm 招聘-Database Admin & Researcher
Responsibilities:
1. Data entry and maintain database;
2. Be responsible for conducting paper work;
3. Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
4. Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
5. Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions;
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, Major in HR or commercial related area is preferred;
2. New graduated or above 1 year work experience
3. Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent.
4. Open-minded, good analysis, communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable on the phone and like to make cold calls;
5. Able to work under pressure, optimistic and passionate, smart and willing to learn;
6. Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
