Summary of job duties and responsibilities: This position will focus on all translation work both in oral and written to the Managers and be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative services to Managers
Primary duties and responsibilities: 1. Provides oral and written translation services 2. Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties to Manager of Monitoring Centre and Customer Response Centre i.e. typing, filing, office administration, setting up meetings, taking minutes, composing letters, dealing with telephone inquiries, etc. 3. Performs administrative duties requiring a high degree of skill, accuracy and discretion, and acts in a liaison capacity within internal departments, other company or external bureaus on relaying or coordinating information. 4. Compiles, prepares and types complex charts, graphs, reports, presentation and documents requiring considerable knowledge of business and administration. 5. Other ad hoc work assigned by managers.
