1, Programmer

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  1. Understand the company business processes and analyze the business requirement
  2. Design appropriate solutions to meet the business requirements, design company web pages, relevant interfaces, and application for defined processes of relevant operation departments
  3. Improve the existing application systems and optimize the functions of the system
  4. Make modeling and coding for the applications and develop the prototype version of the modules and applications
  5. Implement the applications solutions including installation, maintenance and updating
  6. Make relevant technical document in English for review
  7. Provide application training

 

Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics or other science majors

 

Requirements:

 

  1. 2~3 years of software development experience in Java/Java Script, C/C++, .Net, HTML, CSS or PHP, Ajax, and etc
  2. Good software development methods
  3. Proficient in unix/linux and window system
  4. Familiar with database operations, Sql Server, My Sql,Oracle and etc
  5. Always seek for the advanced methodology to improve business process
  6. Able to make valuable recommendations on business application
  7. Keep awareness with the advanced and new technologies of software development
  8. Good interpersonal skills and communications skills and be able to keep a good cooperation between business departments
  9. Do well under pressure and able to handle work in a demanding and challenging environment
  10. Excellent English in both oral and written
  11. Smart, flexible and learn fast
  12. Award of international or national or school competition in computer, math,or other science disciplines is a highly PLUS
  13. Graduate in top universities is preferred.

 

 

2, Quantitative analyst

 

Primary responsibilities:

 

  1. Maintain, update database and handle specific data requirement of relevant departments
  2. Support marketing department to perform market analysis, consumer analysis and market solution analysis through statistical models, sampling, database tracking by using tools like SPSS, SAS, ACCESSand EXCEL and etc.
  3. Write relevant report based on the analysis result

 

Qualification:

 

University degree in Math,Statistics,Computer or other science diciplines

Graduates in top universities are preferred.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Good spoken/written English and Mandarin is MUST
  2. Award of international or national or school competition in math, physics, computer or other  science disciplines is PLUS
  3. Comfortable with numeric data handling
  4. Sensitive to meanings and indications of data analysis
  5. Strong logicality in thinking and working
  6. Detail-oriented and persistent and patient working attitude toward complex work
  7. Ability to deal well with pressure
  8. Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality and cooperative
  9. Smart, flexible and learn fast
  10. Familiar with data modeling, statistical analysis methods and KPI metrics is PLUS
  11. Familiar with major database operation like SQL Server, My SQL Server and etc is PLUS
  12. Familiar with data software like Excell, Access, SPSS, SAS and etc is PLUS

 

 

3, Admin Specialist

 

Primary responsibilities:

  1. Receive visitors, clients and other reception issues
  2. Maintain daily office administrative work under supervision of management-level
  3. Typing, photocopying and translate relevant business correspondents or documents
  4. Make a organized filing for all the business correspondences, documents, agreement and etc
  5. Make travel arrangement or other logistic issues
  6. Handling with financial documents, billings, and make reimbursement efficiently and under relevant policies and procedures
  7. Assist expatriate manager to communicate with Chinese employees, and partners.
  8. Make presentation documents in a desirable format
  9. Other relevant admin issues

 

Qualification:

University degree in English/economic/business/Financial and relevant field

 

Requirements:

  1. Fluent English and Mandarin and with good translation skills and experience in Chinese to English and the reverse.
  2. Excellent computer skills with word, Excel, Powerpoint and etc
  3. Detail-oriented and result-oriented
  4. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  5. Self-initiative, can work independently, handle with work appropriately while pursue supervisions in relevant occasions and make work in compliance with company policies and procedures
  6. Professional, confident, enthusiastic and with pleasant personality, deal with work in a business manner
  7. Multi-task ability and with good service consciousness
  8. 1-3 working experience in a multi-national company or multi-cultural environment is PLUS.
  9. Experience of studying, working or living in English speaking countries is PLUS. 

 

4, Legal Assistant

 

Primary responsibilities:

 

  1. Handling with approval/registration procedures
  2. Negotiating legal agreements and coordinating with business contracts
  3. Make business contracts in compliance with company policies and procedures
  4. Provide practical legal advice and solutions to business issues
  5. Provide legal training
  6. Assist in recommendation and implementation of new process and procedures of the company under PRC law

 

Qualification:

 

University degree in law/economic/financial/business administration filed, law degree highly preferred

Graduates in top universities are preferred.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. 0-2 years of experience in a law firm or in a legal /compliance capacity in a financial institution
  2. Familiar with financial markets concept and business operation
  3. Familiar with PRC financial industry regulations
  4. Good spoken/written English and Mandarin is MUST
  5. Bar Qualification or other legal certification is PLUS
  6. Computer literature with word, excel, powerpoint
  7. Detail-oriented and working ability under great pressure
  8. Proactive and analytical skills and problem solving skills
  9. Smart, flexible and learn fast
  10. Strong logicality in thinking and working

 

5, Compliance Assistant

 

Primary responsibilities:

 

  1. Compliance regulations distribution, translation and filing
  2. Research and analyze on legal issues
  3. Maintain and update compliance database
  4. Prepare compliance training to staff
  5. Routine compliance administrative work
  6. Record keeping on compliance correspondence

 

Qualification:

 

University degree in law/economic/financial/business administration filed.

Graduates in top universities are preferred.

 

Requirements:

  1. 0~2 years of experience in an audit firm focusing on financial services clients or in a legal /compliance capacity in a financial institution.
  2. Familiar with financial markets concept and business operation.
  3. Familiar with PRC financial industry regulations
  4. Bar Qualification or other legal certification is PLUS
  5. Good spoken/written English and Mandarin is MUST
  6. Document translation and drafting ability
  7. Computer literature with word, excel, powerpoint.
  8. Detail-oriented and working ability under great pressure
  9. Proactive and analytical skills and problem solving skills
  10. Smart, flexible and learn fast
