At least, M.E in E.E. or CS, Doctral degree would be prefered

Linux, C/C++ (experience in development under Linux), (O)Tcl

Familiar with UML

Good understandings of principles of discrete event simulations

Good understandings of principles of networking and data communications

2-year experience in modelling and/or implementation of telecommunications

systems

and protocols.

Strong knowledge of PHY and MAC of the mobile WiMax (802.16e) standards.

Desirable:

Design and/or research experience in radio resource management procedures an

All normal development activates from Design specification, coding, module
