We are currently looking for a research assistant starting from internship of high potential and eager to learn. He/she will assist marketing manager in developing our business in China. Research assistant (Internship offer for Senior)

Qualifications:

· University degree (prefers Marketing/Management/Communication/English and etc.)

· Fluency in both spoken and written English

· Proficiency in using MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and etc

· Strong logical and analytical sense as well as presentation skill

· Detail-oriented with creative idea

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill

· Multi-tasking, self disciplined with good time management skills.

· Initiative, hard-working, able to work under pressure and overtime if necessary

· Independent, confident and result-oriented with integrity

· Optimistic, self-motivated, team spirit and willing to adopt change

· Interest in research and willing to learn and grow
Intelligent and with high potential

· Experience of internship in relevant agencies like Ads, Research, Consulting, PR and etc is a plus

In his/her role, it will be able to handle small tasks assigned by his/her manager with certain diversity. He/she will be mainly responsible for marketing research projects. The extract exposure of marketing, sales, media could be also expected.

Accountabilities:

· Basic execution and coordination of marketing research studies by assisting in developing proposal/questionnaire/discussion guideline, conducting interview, quality check, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting marketing research data, writing client reports, and constructing presentation.

· Conduct regular market intelligence studies on specific industries and its employment trends, and issues related to employment marketing communications, including media research.

· Undertake daily project management and client service if necessary.

· Any other project related tasks that from time to time required by manager

· Attend client meeting and presentation if necessary
