Position: Customer Support Representative 4 Persons
Location: BeiJing
Goal/Mission
Picking customer calls, Keep good customer satisfaction
Tasks
Ø Professional interface for customer on the phone
Ø Daily communication with customers to solve the technical problems, or dispatch to right resources to solve.
Ø Fulfill report under requirement.
Education
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering/Automation or relative majors
Experience & Requirements
Ø Good sense of customer focus and good interpersonal communication skill, service minded
Ø Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
Ø Fluent both oral and written in English, Mandarin.
Ø Taking initiative and willing to learn, skilled with MS office software
Ø Type speed at least is 80words/minute
Ø Flexible working time ( different shift )
Ø German is preferred
