Position Title：Customer Relations Officer

Contract Period ：2 years renewable
Salary： S$1800

Working Hours/Shift：48 hrs on Shift Hours** (Mon - Sat)

2. Responsibilities/Job Roles            
~ Provide personalised and excellent service to all clients            
~ Conduct survey, servicing or lead generation calls            
~ Achieve productivity and quality targets            
~ Undertake projects or other duties assigned by the Team Leader            
~ generating sales leads or conducting surveys via the phone with policyholders            
     
         
3. Qualifications/Requirements          
~ Degree/Diploma with relevant customer service experience            
~ Good computer skills and with typing speed of minimum 35wpm            
~ Age 21 years old and above and must be mature            
~ Keen to learn and possesses initiatives            
~ Possess good communication and customer service skills            
         
     
4. Desired Requirements:     Most Important Thing. (MIT)      
~ Must be able to communicate well in both English & Mandarin.        
~ Achieve work targets set            
~ Able to work under stress and meet deadlines.            
         
         
                     
**Shift hours: Mon- Fri (9.30am - 6.20pm/1.00pm-9.00pm)   Sat (9.30am - 4pm)
