商铺部及工作职责简介:商铺部就是做商业房地产.业务大概包括三个部分:一,商业房地产开发的策划,咨询,顾问; 二, 大型商业地产的招商,三,品牌代表.如ZARA, H&M等都是本司引进上海. 现在因为业务开展迅速,董事需要找一个助理.工作会很细致,所以倾向要学房地产类的女生. 个人认为如果时间比较空,不耽误学习的情况下,来商铺部实习对将来找工作还是有很大帮助的.
