具体要求：
1、本科以上计算机相关专业毕业，有1年以上的编程经验，C#编程经验至少1年。
2、精通C#、NET，熟练掌握ASP、NET，具有扎实的计算机基本功。
3、精通数据库编程，熟练使用SQL语言。
4、熟练使用SQL server，IIS，windows server系列服务器。
5、熟练使用工具Visual Studio、NET，VSS。
6、熟悉B/S三层架构，有良好的编程风格。
7、有良好的英文技术文档阅读能力。
8、有良好的自学能力，独立思考能力，能够在短时间内学习并应用新技术。
9、有强烈的责任心，具有良好的团队合作精神，认真负责善于学习。
