| We are searching a R&D chemist with emulsion/latex polymerization and preparation background. This position is for metal pretreatment and coating platform of our R&D department and attached below is a simple position request. As your university is one of the top universities in China we hope someone has interest to join us to create bright future for both Henkel and his/her personal career. 1. Good personality, i.e. willingness in R&D related technical work, open mind, capability and skills of communication with both technical and business group internally or externally, team working and cooperative, capability of independent R&D work. (must request) 2. Strong background and/or experiences on polymer emulsion or soluble polymer field (must request) 3. Fluent reading and writing English (high priority) 4. High hands-on capability (high priority) 5. Background and/or experiences in metal or other material surface/interface technology or engineering (medium priority) 6. Fluent speaking in English (medium priority) 7. Younger than 30 in age (low priority) It is an urgent case for us and we prefer PhD or master candidate with right background and hope he or she can start at 2008 spring.
