Qualifications:

1.Master degree in law or Overseas studying in related filed preferred;

2.Be fluent in oral and written English with overseas working experience preferred;

3.Understand quickly the business and legal priorities and strategies;

4.Field broad areas of issues and tasks relating to, among others, commercial, corporate, compliance, foreign investment, labor & employment, finance & tax, PR

5.Manage risk for company and the businesses;

6.Conduct legal research (on-line, off-line, oral inquiries with authorities)
Draft, negotiate and manage legal document revisions;

7.Be proficient in translating documentation between English and Chinese;

8.Manage outside counsel and clients in litigation.
