Wimax AP Engineer
Work Location：Hangzhou
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and test lower level MAC and SCH algorithms and features;
Simulate performance of design, particularly MAC scheduler. Update the access protocol to minimize latency & maximize throughput & utilization.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in C and VxWorks.
3+ years experience with MAC design & simulation (not limited in WiMax)
MSCS with 3+ years exp. or BSEE/BSCS with 5+ years exp.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively
Additional Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with OFDMA PHY/MAC and WiMax profiles;
Wireless MAC design experience;
Ability to logically and methodically develop and analyze access protocols
Ability to write clear and accurate technical papers in English
Over-sea work experience.
