Vacancy: HR specialist

Responsibilities  
1.Training  
a.Build up training system and coordinate with overall training processes.
b.Set up training and career development plan, including organizing and  implementing the training plan.

2.Employee relationship
a.Initiate and set up efficient internal communication channels and create harmonious   working environment for the company.
b.Implement effective employee reward and penalty plans.
c.Internal principles balance and control.

3.Performance monitor
Build up and implement effective performance monitor system and monitor the working behavior and capability development for the employees and provide assessment and feedback.

4.Conduct other administrative and human resource tasks which assigned by Human Resource Manager

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree with human resource major preferred.
2.Well-versed with Chinese labor law and HR regulations and practices.
3.2 years relevant working experience is preferred.
4.Independent, mature, proactive with good interpersonal skill and ability to perform complicated tasks independently.
5.Proficiency in spoken and written English.
