We're not looking for a particular profile; we recruit the individuals who are the brightest, most capable, and best able to balance competition and teamwork, intensity and integrity. This summer the firm has created a variety of internship programs for undergraduates, postgraduates and MBAs, in the following departments: Investment Banking Department, Research Department, Capital Markets Department, Asset Management Department, Equity Derivative & Investment Group, Business Support and Coordination Department and Information & Technology Departments.
