Job Responsibilities:

–Coordinate the placing of internal and/or external ads to find candidates.
–Screen resumes from website and conduct phone interview if necessary.
–Arrange interview schedule according to the requirements from line managers.
–Interview potential candidates and coordinate with line managers concerning fit with the job.
–Obtain references in accordance with established company procedure.
–Prepare routine documentation appropriate to the recruitment process.
–Obtain temporary employees on request.
–Assure compliance with regulatory requirements.
–Fulfill other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

-BA degree majored in English language or Human Resource Management.
-Previous internship experience in HR function is a plus.
-Excellent oral & written language skill in both English and Mandarin.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, responsible and can work under pressure.
