HSBC Software Development (Guangdong) Limited (HSDC) in Guangzhou is responsible for the successful delivery of IT systems and software to support the banking operations of the HSBC Group globally.
If you are going to have a degree in computer science, IT, engineering or science in 2008, you are welcome to join our fast expanding team in HSBC Software Development (Guangdong) Limited in Guangzhou.
You can join us either as an INTERN before graduation, or as a System Analyst / Programmer (SAP) in July 2008.
Systems Analyst/ Programmers
You will be responsible for the followings
- To assist in the design of new/revised computer systems by studying existing systems, analyzing user requirements and specifying new/enhanced system components, and writing/amending programs according to specifications.
- To ensure effective installation of computer systems, by participating in the testing and conversion procedure.
- To provide technical support for IT staff and other bank departments.
To be successful, you should meet the following requirements
- Degree holder.
- Keen and enthusiastic with good English language skills.
- Ideally have 1 to 2 years’ experiences in supporting and developing computer applications, OOAD, UML, Java, C++, J2SE/J2EE technology, database programming/administration (Sybase or Oracle), HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Linux, AS400 (RPG) and/or Mainframe.
